1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kido Camps website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kido Camps is a directory and comparison platform for summer day camps in Metro Vancouver. We aggregate publicly available camp information to help parents find suitable programs for their children. We do not operate, endorse, or guarantee any camp listed on our platform.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features such as saving favourites, writing reviews, and receiving alerts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, or other content, you grant Kido Camps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that your content is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false or misleading reviews
• Scraping or automated data collection without permission
• Impersonating another person or organization
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Camp Listings & Accuracy

Camp information is gathered from publicly available sources and may not always be current or complete. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee it. Always verify details directly with the camp operator before registering.

7. Operator Accounts

Camp operators may claim and manage their listings. Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. Kido Camps reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kido Camps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, reliance on camp information, or interactions with camp operators. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
